As a state-approved program leading to certification, Johnson & Wales University’s MAT program complies with the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004. As required by Title II of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, the Secretary of Education has prepared an annual report for Congress and the public on the preparation of teachers.
