Technology Services

Academic Computing Services (ACS) manages the Providence Campus’ computer centers. You'll need an active JWU email account to access lab computers. Staff members are available in these labs to help students and answer questions.  

The University Help Desk is available to assist with any computer-related questions, including email, uconnect, Internet, ResNet, telephone, cable TV, and usage policies or procedures.
