Family Weekend

The Office of Student Activities (OSA) cordially invites you to our 2009 Family Weekend, taking place on Oct 23, 24 and 25, 2009.

Join us for a weekend of Southern hospitality. You’ll explore campus facilities, tour the beautiful Queen City of Charlotte and take in culinary demonstrations. You’ll have the chance to mingle with staff and faculty, catch live music and comedy and watch the JWU Ice Hockey club compete against rivals George Mason University.

We’ve also organized optional day trips to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, the annual Charlotte Renaissance Festival, and Carowinds Amusement Park.

Pre-registration is highly encouraged for all events; the deadline is Wed, Oct 14. You'll find a complete schedule of events, registration forms and hotel information on the 2009 Family Weekend site.

We hope to have as many of you as possible on the campus for this annual weekend.
