Charlotte Course Catalogs

You are expected to be familiar with the contents of the Student Handbook as it contains important information concerning the academic performance and personal conduct of students as well as university grievance procedures. It also outlines the conditions under which you may be placed on probation or suspension from the university. Copies of the handbook are also available at Student Academic & Financial Services.

As official publications of Johnson & Wales University, the course catalogs listed on this page are subject to revision at any time. The university reserves the right to add, withdraw or revise any course, program of study, provision or requirement described within these catalogs as may be deemed necessary.

Occasionally, program requirements will vary by a catalog's printing date. Requirements stated in the edition printed closest to the September enrollment date will take precedence.

Students should read and fully understand the rules, regulations and policies described in the catalog.

Students will follow the curriculum in the catalog year of their entrance to the university.
