The Flexible Schedule Culinary Arts Degree Program
JWU's North Miami Campus offers a Culinary Arts associate degree with flexible scheduling options. You can lock into an evening schedule Mon-Thurs, 5-11pm (with the exception of co-op) to complete the degree in 18 months.

Recreational Cooking
Due to increased registration in our baking & pastry and culinary classes, the Chef’s Choice program is on hiatus for the 2009-10 academic year. Any outstanding gift certificates for Chef’s Choice classes that have already been distributed will be honored. Private classes for groups of 10-15 people continue to be available.

Wine & Spirit Education Trust
The internationally recognized Wine & Spirit Education Trust offers special certificate programs for wine enthusiasts and hospitality professionals.

The Wine Education Series
These wine education programs are taught by Chef Yves Payraudeau, chef-instructor from Paris.
