Pam Young has more than 20 years of experience within the sport, entertainment, event management, and education industries. She has served as a senior staff member (Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Operations) within the athletic department at the University of Miami during which she was part of four football national championships. Young also worked as the Director of Database Marketing and Research with the Charlotte Bobcats where she was instrumental in starting this department.
Young continues to stay active within the industry as a consultant and some of her clients include: Georgia Tech University, LSU, Cal, UK, University of Maryland, Paciolan (Ticketmaster Irvine), Ticket Return, and the Charlotte Regional Sports Commission. Young's teaching experience spans several universities including Western Carolina, Winthrop, Johnson C. Smith, and the University of Miami.
