Adult & Continuing Education

Offered through Adult & Continuing Education and The Hospitality College, our bachelor's degree programs bring you inside your chosen field and prepare you for a successful career in the world of hotels, lodging and hospitality. To learn more, attend one of our information sessions.

Classes generally meet one evening per week, either on Monday-Thursday evenings from 6-9:30pm or Saturdays from 8:15am-noon. (For course listings and descriptions, consult your degree program of interest.)

Applications are accepted for September, December, March and June terms. (Certain programs offer September enrollment only.) Learn more about the application process.

You must hold a high school diploma or GED in order to enroll in a for-credit class or pursue a bachelor's degree. If you’re interested in transferring, familiarize yourself with our transfer policies.
