Applying to our Bachelor Program

Currently enrolled students interested in entering the bachelor degree program in Baking & Pastry Arts or Culinary Nutrition must complete and submit an application to the program director. Please be aware that associate degree and GPA prerequisites must be met for baccalaureate programs. Selection is based on previous academic performance, industry experience, and professional recommendations.

Students applying from outside of Johnson & Wales University must first contact the program director.
