Kevin Kester has worked for more than 20 years in the culinary purchasing field.

Before joining Johnson & Wales in 2003, Kester worked at the Hyatt Regency, Denver Tech as the executive steward, at the Inverness Hotel and Golf Club as the pantry captain before becoming the executive steward and facilities manager and eventually director of purchasing.
