Students may print their own enrollment verification letter via jwuLink. These enrollment verifications can be viewed or printed and then sent to service providers (i.e. health insurer, scholarship committee) by you, all at no charge. You may also view deferments sent to lenders. The enrollment certificate will include all terms of enrollment.
To use this service (provided by the National Student Clearinghouse*), students must have a social security number on record. If you do not have a social security number on file with the university or are an international student, please contact Student Academics & Financial Services to request an enrollment verification letter.
Please note the dates below; a verification (for enrollment or graduation) may be generated only after a term has started and the university has submitted enrollment or graduation data to the service.

*JWU has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification. Potential employers or service providers are directed to verify a student's status through degree verification or to contact the clearinghouse at 703-742-4200 (phone), 703-742-4239 (fax), email, or at 2300 Dulles Station Boulevard, Suite 300, Herndon, VA 20171. The university began submitting data to the clearinghouse beginning September 1999.
