Fred Johnson's Bio
Fred Johnson graduated from Johnson & Wales University's Providence Campus, where he majored in International Business. While at JWU, Fred was active in many clubs and organizations both on and off campus. During his first two years as a student, he spent a term studying in Gothenburg, Sweden and a term in Paris, France as part of a work/learning experience. Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, Fred decided to stay in Providence, Rhode Island and work at Johnson & Wales after graduation.Since 1993 he has held various positions within the Admissions Office as JWU's DECA Representative, Coordinator of Specialized Recruitment, Director of Recruiter Training, and Director of National Student Organizations. His current position as Director of Caribbean and Latin American Relations taps into his love for travel and his passion for JWU.
