Brittney McLawhorn graduated with a bachelor’s degree in culinary nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, Providence Campus. After graduating in just three years, she attended Loyola University of Chicago where she completed a one year Dietetic Internship. Brittney has counseled patients at various hospitals in the Chicago area. In addition, she worked for a national health and fitness club, counseling clients on various dietary needs, as well as creating a healthy cooking class. Brittney returned to JWU as an admissions representative in 2007. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, attending concerts and cheering on the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears.
