Kathy worked for the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, a Restaurant Associates property. She then became a sales rep for a food distributor before returning to her alma mater, JWU. Kathy has been part of the JWU admissions team for several years. Her work at JWU started on the road performing culinary demonstrations in classrooms. Kathy became an Admissions Officer starting off on the Downcity Campus in Providence before moving down the street to the Harborside Campus and the Culinary Admissions office. While a student at JWU, she met her husband in a classroom. Following graduation, Kathy says they bumped into one another again and have been married for a few years with a baby girl named Cailin and a yellow lab named Murphy.
