Sam joined the JWU admissions team in May 2008 after being in the hospitality industry more than 10 years. She had the pleasure of working for Hyatt Hotels for much of her career. She held various positions within the hotel including Assistant Front Office Manager, Assistant Director of Housekeeping, Assistant Reservations Manager, Revenue Manager and most currently Sales Manager. Sam is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Providence Campus with a bachelors degree in hospitality management. She currently resides in Broomfield, Colorado just a little north of Denver with her husband Matt who is also a JWU alum. Sam is originally from Methuen, Massachusetts. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading a good book, baking and watching her Boston Sports Teams. Go Red Sox!
