Prior to joining the faculty of the Providence Campus College of Culinary Arts in 2008, where he teaches Sensory Analysis and Vegetarian Cuisine, Kevin Crawley was chef/owner of a number of restaurants in Massachusetts. He also taught at the School of Hospitality Administration of Boston University.

Crawley provided hands-on guidance to ensure eating for peak performance and instruction to promote the Houston Fire Department’s policy on the use of supplements at the fire academy. 

Crawley is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Executive Chef (CEC). He is also an assistant coach for the Providence Campus Student Culinology® Competition team which has competed and placed annually at the Research Chefs Association (RCA) conference. He has been featured on the "Food Network Challenge."
