As an instructor of English as a Second Language at the John Hazen White School of Arts & Sciences, David Hood specializes in Oral Communication. He also acts as a mentor and liaison to students who are pursuing careers within the fields of studies offered by Johnson & Wales.With an academic background in Hospitality, Hood has worked within the University since 2005, and became a full-time member of the ESL department in 2008.
