Financial Services

The office of Student Financial Services offers a variety of services to students and their families when financing their higher education at JWU. To assist with the financial aid process and selection of a payment option, JWU provides each student with a financial planning representative. Financial Aid calculates each student’s eligibility for federal, state and institutional aid, and then completes the verification process and loan processing. Billing & Collections sends student invoices as well as collects payments for the Federal Perkins loan program.

Finding your financial planning representative
A financial planning representative is available to answer your financial questions and will help you determine a payment plan that works best for you. In your correspondence, please be sure to include your student ID and be as detailed as possible.
