Student Wins American Ad Federation’s “Most Promising” Award

Juan was the only student from a Rhode Island college or university to win the award. Meanwhile, he is the eighth JWU student to win the award.

Since the inception of the American Advertising Federation's Most Promising Minority Students Program in 1997, over 350 students have been honored.

Recipients for this prestigious advertising award are chosen based on their academic standing, demonstrated interest in the advertising industry (such as through work experience and extra curricular activities) and their leadership potential and community service.

The program not only connects the advertising industry with the nation’s top minority college seniors it also promotes an advertising industry workforce that reflects our diverse society.
