Mindful Meditation is a weekly drop-in class offering guided meditation and relaxation techniques that will benefit you year-round. In each hour-long class, Jean Russell, LICSW runs through a series of guided meditations, gentle yoga and relaxation exercises. Winter term classes begin January 12. Sessions take place every Wednesday at 4pm in McNulty Hall's fourth floor lounge. This is an open, drop-in group. (No prior sign-up is required.) Each session begins with some brief instruction, so don't worry if you've never attended before.
