Student ID

The Wildcat Card is your JWU student ID, and your all-access pass on campus. Your ID card lets you 

• Enter campus buildings, including residence halls, library and athletic and computer facilities
• Use your meal plan at the dining hall
• Attend university events
• Ride free on JWU-owned buses and sponsored transportation services
• Buy uniforms through the bookstore
• Request transcripts and degree audits
• Pay by bookcharge, check or credit card
• Sell back textbooks

Your ID must be carried at all times and presented upon request to authorized university representatives (for instance, when purchasing tickets at the bookstore or attending on-campus events).

You can get your ID at Campus Safety & Security or the Student Accounts window at Student Financial Services.

Lost IDs
Lost or stolen ID cards should be reported to Safety and Security and/or Student Financial Services immediately.

Meal Plan 
Your JWU ID is the only means for accessing your meal plan, including flex dollars, as well as Swipe & Save for faculty and staff.

Room Key and Residence Hall Access
In many cases, your ID card is your room key. Most residence halls also require that all students present a valid JWU ID.

Visitors must be signed in by a resident student. Present your ID and appropriate identification for your visitor.

Library
Your JWU ID also enables you to borrow books and other materials from our library. To activate your card's library bar code, present it at the circulation desk with your contact information.
