The Cove

The Cove is open to sophomores, juniors and seniors. This hall features 2, 3 and 4-person apartments. These are fully furnished and include:

• Card access for building entry
• Combined living/dining rooms with hardwood floors
• Carpeted bedrooms
• Open gourmet kitchens featuring eating area, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood floors
• Bathrooms with granite-topped vanities, porcelain sinks and large showers
• Washer/dryer in unit (no card or coins required)
• Utilities included in price (electricity, heat, cable, Internet)
• Less than one mile from Downcity Campus
• On university bus route
• Limited parking available to all resident students
• Limited number of gender neutral rooms available
• Room Rates (there is no meal plan/board): Tier 1 for single bedroom or loft bedroom; Tier 2 for double/shared bedroom

 At The Cove, strict adherence to the university's drug and alcohol policies will be observed. Residents will be required to agree to a higher standard of conduct and enhanced sanctions. These expectations are included in the Student Code of Conduct, which is outlined in both the Providence Student Handbook and in the Student Housing contract you signed electronically when you completed your online housing application. Students found to be in violation of these, or any other, standards of conduct will be immediately relocated.
