Ricoh Mail & Copy Center can be reached at 303-256-9431 or via email.Printing Services Ricoh specializes in a range of quality services to suit your needs including: black and white copying and printing, color copying and printing, bindery (coil and comb), collating, inserting, stapling, cutting, drilling, and lamination.
Ricoh can receive several different types of formats on a variety of media. Files may be submitted in the following formats: Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Publisher, and PostScript files. Files may be submitted via ZIP files (no zip disks), email, jump drive/memory stick, or disk.
You will be able to pay for services using an Equitrac card. You can add funds to your card at the machine to the left of the Ricoh window.Mailing ServicesThe mail center receives and sorts all campus mail. Mail is sorted as promptly as possible and is typically available by 4pm during business hours.
In addition, all incoming students have the option of receiving a free, on-campus mailbox located in the Student Union. Mailbox keys are issued during the fall Week of Welcome. Should you lose your mailbox key, you can purchase a replacement key for $10.00. Mailbox keys must be returned upon departure, dismissal, or graduation from the university.

If mail is not addressed in the format listed above, the post office will be unable to deliver it to the university. You should not use your residence hall building address as mail is only received at the address noted above.
Packages from all shippers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS Express) can be sent to this same address and are received by Ricoh throughout the day. When you receive a package, Ricoh will generate an email notification for you to print and bring to the window for verification and delivery.
