Dina Zemke has worked in a variety of positions in the hospitality industry, including property operations for Hilton Hotels and events management and fundraising for the American Cancer Society.
Zemke has authored several articles in academic journals, and recently co-authored a textbook on hospitality facilities management with Thomas Jones, and holds the Real Property Administrator designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
Before joining Johnson & Wales University, she taught in hospitality management programs at UNLV, University of New Hampshire, and Cornell University.
