Student Information

JWU supports your online learning experience with services and resources designed to meet the unique needs of online students and to give online students the same quality experience that they would have on any of our campuses.

Through ulearn, our online learning platform, you’re able to access course materials, communicate with instructors and classmates, submit assignments, take quizzes and exams, and track progress through your course(s). Each course has a dedicated area within ulearn. Once you register for your first online course, you’ll have access to ulearn.

Prior to taking your first online course, you can walk through a ulearn tutorial, which will allow you to practice using the site’s features. Additionally, our ulearn Help Desk is available 24/7 to assist you via phone, live chat, or email, and can show you how-to documentation with step-by-step instructions on all of ulearn’s features.

Residents of Arkansas and Wisconsin
Residents of Arkansas and Wisconsin are not eligible to enroll in JWU's online bachelor's degree program in Food Service Management. Instead, they may apply for acceptance to one of the University's on-campus programs. Current students of the online program who become residents of Arkansas or Wisconsin will no longer be eligible to continue in the program.
