Beginning September 2010, JWU will expand our variety of online course options to include the university’s first two fully online bachelor’s degree programs. Designed for foodservice professionals who already hold an AS degree in culinary arts or baking & pastry arts, these programs provide a unique combination of skills and management training, delivered in a way that best fits your schedule.

Our online learning environment allows you to interact with faculty, submit assignments including homework, projects and papers, and even take exams – in a way that fits your schedule and your needs. You’ll receive the same industry-relevant career education as our on-campus students, taught by the same world-class faculty. And like 80,000 other successful JWU alumni, you’ll have a degree you can be proud of when you finish.

Through ulearn, online course materials are available to you 24/7, from any location. You determine when and where you want to learn, and which hours are best to study, review course materials and complete assignments. Though you must complete course requirements within an established time frame, the actual time spent meeting those requirements is entirely up to you.
