Payment Options
Representatives are available to discuss your balance and available payment options. Your payment plan must remain in good standing, including prior to the payment deadline, in order to avoid a hold and/or schedule deletion.

Making an online payment is quick and easy. We have partnered with Tuition Management Systems (TMS) to provide this service. You may make a one-time payment, a term payment, or set up a monthly payment plan.

Company Reimbursement
There is no advance payment if your employer(s) offers tuition reimbursement. Contact your human resources department to determine your eligibility.

Veterans Benefits
JWU is approved for the training of veterans in accordance with the rules and regulations administered by the US Veteran’s Administration. Eligible veterans should contact the Department of Veterans Affairs. Those living in the US should look in the Government Listings section of the Verizon White Pages to obtain the telephone number for their state’s Department of Veterans Affairs office.

Payment Deadline
Prior to each term payment deadline date, you must select (or maintain) an approved payment plan. Failure to satisfy this requirement will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of your schedule and a financial hold will be placed on your account. A student who does not meet this deadline will be able to (re)schedule for available courses (a previous schedule cannot be guaranteed) only when a payment plan has been established and all holds preventing registration are clear.

A variety of payment options are available and representatives are available to help you satisfy the payment deadline requirement. The effective administration of this policy will allow you to begin classes in a prepared and timely fashion, and will allow the university to plan adequately for services and resources on your behalf.
