Johnson & Wales University : Tuition and Fees Credit Policy

Tuition and Fees Credit Policy

Term charges are defined as tuition. To the extent that any charges due to the university remain unpaid, no refund check will be issued. No tuition or fees will be assessed for terms in which you do not register.

If you withdraw (or become withdrawn) from the university during a term or prior to the end of the academic year, you may have your financial aid adjusted; institutional grants and scholarships will be reduced in proportion to any tuition credit received; full-term eligibility for institutional loans will be credited to your account to the extent that any charges are due the university.

The distribution formula for the institutional refund to the Federal Student Financial Aid program shall be calculated according to federal regulations. Any refund due will be issued within 45 days after the date that the university was first notified of the withdrawal.
