Travel Deadlines

JWU’s North Miami Campus offers special arrival services to international students, including:

• Pick-up services from Miami transportation facilities to hotel
• Complimentary stay of two nights at a local hotel
• International student orientation
• Off-campus housing assistance
• Shopping trips for apartment and residence hall setup

In order to ensure full access to these services, you must submit the International Travel Request form (60K PDF) to our office as soon as you make your travel plans. Failure to fulfill these requirements may result in additional costs and a reduction in services.

Recommended Travel Dates
Students living on campus must move into their assigned residence hall during scheduled check-in dates. Please be sure to arrange your travel plans accordingly.

Spring Term
Mar 2: Move in date for ESL students
