Before leaving your home country, you have several requirements to complete.

1) Apply for admission to JWU. Your acceptance packet and I-20 will be mailed to you upon acceptance.
2) I-901 SEVIS Fee: A one-time fee initiated by the US federal government.
3) F-1 Student Visa: Required documentation and helpful tips.
4) F-2 Visa: For F-1 applicants with dependents.
5) Travel Plans: Use the posted arrival calendars to plan your arrival and submit your travel plans to ISS.
6) Health Records: Make sure that you have completed all required health requirements and submitted proper documentation.
7) Health Insurance: Review the current plan.
8) Tuition & Fees: When, where and how to pay your tuition, room and board, and various fees.
9) Housing options: on campus or off.
