Depending on your level of post-high school education or culinary-related work experience, JWU has a program or degree option that meets the hectic demands of your work schedule.

Degree Programs
We offer 2-year associate degrees in Baking & Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts.

Directly aligned with industry needs, our dynamic curriculum emphasizes hands-on training with an academic foundation.

Learn front and back-of-house skills, as well as food production, safety and cost-control. 

Class Schedules
Class schedules vary by program and may include evening and/or weekend classes.

Lab courses: Saturdays, 7am-6:30pm
Culinary academic courses: Available Sundays, 9am-11:30pm

How to Apply
Culinary Arts: Apply now for our September, December, March and June terms.

Baking & Pastry Arts: We accept applications in September and March terms only.

Depending on the program, summer term courses may also be available.

Requirements You must hold a high school diploma or GED in order to enroll in a for-credit class or pursue an AS or BS degree.
