Adult & Continuing Education Application

JWU Admissions Adults & Continuing EducationJWU offers rolling admissions so there is no deadline to apply. Applications are accepted for the September, December, March or June terms. You should apply as early as possible before your expected start date to get everything completed in time.

To get started, submit an application for admission by choosing one of these options:

  • Apply now using our online admissions application. 
    Providence: Select "Application Type: PVD, Evening School (CE)"
    Denver: Select "Application Type: DEN, Adult Education"
  • Download and complete an application: Providence (377K PDF) or Denver (786K PDF)

Be sure to complete the application in full, as an incomplete application may delay processing.

Request and submit the following documents (where applicable):

Prior to enrollment, each Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts applicants must complete a physical examination; the university provides the medical form.

Conditions of Enrollment

  1. All invoices are payable prior to the beginning of classes. JWU honors Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  2. Familiarize yourself with JWU’s tuition refund policy, as outlined in the most recent Adult & Continuing Education catalog.
  3. Credit for any completed course is not given until all financial obligations have been cleared.
  4. JWU reserves the right to modify curricula, tuition rates, programs, rules and regulations.
  5. The university reserves the right to schedule subjects within a curriculum in the order deemed necessary.
  6. The university reserves the right to cancel any announced course or program due to insufficient enrollment.
