Img Hosp CLT 170x150This joint program of The Hospitality College and the College of Culinary Arts leverages the strength of both to prepare you for a career in front- or back-of-house.

You'll develop a solid baking and pastry/culinary foundation and management philosophy while expanding your leadership and managerial abilities.

The curriculum provides ample opportunity to hone your critical thinking skills, personal ethics, financial analysis and customer awareness. You will also be able to identify and communicate long-range vision and strategy for a food service company.

This program includes a unique hands-on internship experience at a JWU-owned facility, or at one of our partner properties.

You may further focus your studies by choosing from selected Culinary concentrations and all Hospitality concentrations. (Check with your advisor if you have questions about which concentrations are available in your major.)

Electives may be fulfilled through any of the following options:

  • Study Abroad
  • Hands-on internship
  • Any hospitality courses with an EHSP attribute
  • A second concentration option

This bachelor of science program is for graduates of the Culinary Arts associate degree program.
