International Undergraduate

To get started, submit an application for admission by choosing one of these options:

• Apply now using our no-fee online admissions application.
• Download a PDF undergraduate application (510K PDF).
• Apply online with the Universal College Application. You can either complete it electronically or download and complete a hard copy.

Be sure to complete the application in full, as an incomplete application could affect eligibility for JWU scholarship programs. Information submitted after the initial application has been received will not be considered for additional scholarships.

Documentation Requirements
Forward the following original or certified documents to the JWU International Admissions Office of the campus where you plan to enroll. Please note that photocopies, fax copies, scanned or emailed documents are not valid. For all submitted documentation/credentials not in English, please provide a certified word-for-word translation along with the original documents.

1. Official high school and college transcripts 
   Sealed transcript must show subjects and marks received with graduation date. If you have not yet graduated from secondary school, a transcript showing all completed work and expected results/graduation date may be submitted for review.
2. Official proof of graduation
   Without verification of high school/secondary school completion, you may not be allowed to register for the current term or continue enrollment and will be in jeopardy of revocation of admission to the university as well as losing all financial aid.
3. Certified bank statement or government sponsorship letter verifying financial support for one academic year
4. A completed and signed International Student Financial Declaration Form.
5. Copy of biographical section of your valid passport
6. The results of the test of English as a foreign language (TOEFL), IELTS or other proof of English proficiency
   JWU's school code is 3465.
7. For transfer credit, submit complete official transcripts, marksheets, diplomas or certificates from all post-secondary institutions attended, along with course descriptions for transfer review.
