Deborah Langenstein, director, 980-598-1205
Deborah’s background is primarily in Food Service and Hospitality. She earned her graduate degree in Managerial Technology. EE&CS is a perfect fit because it allows her to utilize all of her experiences.

Experiential Education
Sharon Clennon, assistant director, 980-598-1207
Sharon brings experience from sales, advertising, and international child education. She has her BA in Communication and Organizational Leadership from Trinity International University. Sharon has worked in EE&CS since 1994 in various capacities.

Camille Baskerville, coordinator, 980-598-1210
Camille began her career in the Travel/Tourism industry, then made the shift to become a culinary student at JWU. Her career began at JWU in the Advancement/Development office and later shifted into Career Services. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/Development.

Jan-Marie Jackson, coordinator, 980-598-1214
After Jan-Marie graduated from JWU, she gained extensive experience from the restaurant industry. She joined the College of Culinary Arts in 1998 and then the office of Experiential Education & Career Services in 2001. Jan-Marie has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The Citadel.

Susan A. Leslie, coordinator, 980-598-1206
Susan joined the University in 1993. Her primary focus has been education and counseling. She has a MEd in counseling and thoroughly enjoys the matchmaking process of helping students find the right fit internship.

Martin Lovelace, coordinator, 980-598-1216
Thomas brings experience from the Baking & Pastry industry, which led him to his current position at EE&CS. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service Management and an Associate's Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. 

Rebecca Massey, coordinator, 980-598-1208
In her current role as Coordinator of Career Services Events, Rebecca is responsible for overseeing all EE&CS events, social media and marketing.

Patti Mullen, coordinator, 980 598-1209
Patti brings experience from higher education as a business development specialist, employment specialist, and marketing and recruiting specialist. She was drawn to JWU as an opportunity to apply all of her skills in a challenging educational environment.

Shelley Tyler, coordinator, 980-598-1202
Shelley brings experience in the areas of government, human resources, marketing, and career services. She graduated with a Masters of Public Administration and a BA in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Marketing from Kentucky State University.

Celeste Foley, career advisor, 980-598-1213
Before joining JWU in 2007, Celeste provided career and academic counseling at CPCC, UNC Charlotte, York Technical College, Mitchell Community College, Gaston College/JobLink and Queens University of Charlotte.

Tameka Williams, career advisor, 980.598.1211
Tameka brings experience from the corporate world, including work with IBM and The Hartford, as well as the education field.
