Take Online Courses to Earn Select JWU Culinary Degrees

JWU Online Courses

No matter where you are in the world, you can take your career to the next level with a JWU degree. We’ve expanded our courses to include online learning, so you control how, when and especially where you learn.

If you already have an associate's degree in Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry Arts, our two online bachelor's degrees can help you move forward in your career.

Skills to Lead in the Culinary Industry
These degrees give you a unique combination of cooking skills and management training, pairing Baking & Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts with Food Service Management.

You’ll graduate with a strong baking or culinary arts foundation, just like thousands of other successful JWU alumni working in restaurants and the food service industry worldwide.

What’s more, the courses embody a hospitality management philosophy that gives you strong leadership skills, ensuring your professional success as you progress in the culinary world.

Convenient Online Alternative
These distance learning courses give you the same industry-relevant career education our students get on campus. You’ll learn from world-class faculty with years of experience in the culinary industry.

But you take control of your education, interacting with faculty, submitting assignments and taking exams in a way that best fits your busy schedule. Best of all, you have 24/7 access to course materials, from any location.

Distance or your job may keep you from attending classes at JWU. But that won’t stop you from earning a degree you can be proud of.

Residents of Arkansas and Wisconsin
Residents of Arkansas and Wisconsin are not eligible to enroll in JWU's online bachelor's degree program in Food Service Management. Instead, they may apply for acceptance to one of the University's on-campus programs. Current students of the online program who become residents of Arkansas or Wisconsin will no longer be eligible to continue in the program.
