Irene Coroalles has extensive experience in the management field. She worked as a Sales Assistant at The Grand Bay Hotel, as the Conference Services Coordinator and Catering Sales Manager at The Grand Bay, and as the Catering Sales Manager for The Westin Colonnade. She was the 2007 Catering Manager of the Year for Davidson Hotel Company, the management company at The Westin Colonnade.

Coroalles joined Johnson & Wales University’s North Miami Campus as the Culinary Events Manager in 2008 and is responsible for planning and organizing all culinary events on and off campus including the Chefs Choice program, distinguished visiting chefs and the celebrity chef series.
