Performance Food Group Scholarship

Performance Food Group (PFG) believes that sharing its good fortune with others is vital to a responsible, strong, caring company. Through this commitment, PFG has established a generous scholarship fund at Johnson & Wales University. First preference will be given to dependent children of employees and customers of PFG. For these applicants, financial need is not a requirement to receive the scholarship, although they must otherwise meet all below-listed criteria.

All other applicants must

  • Be pursuing a degree in JWU’s College of Culinary Arts or The Hospitality College.
  • Have applied and been accepted for admission to any of JWU’s four campuses.
  • Attend full-time and be in good academic standing at the time of the award.
  • Have applied for and be eligible for financial aid.

For freshmen applicants there is no GPA requirement. Sophomores, juniors and seniors must have a 3.0 or higher GPA at the time of the award. To be eligible for consideration for future awards, students must demonstrate a 3.0 GPA at each subsequent awarding cycle.
