Culinary Arts and Food Service Management Degree

Hospitality Setting the TableThe joint bachelor of science degree program in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management allows you to leverage the strengths of The Hospitality College and the College of Culinary Arts.

You'll develop a solid culinary foundation and management philosophy, building upon your leadership and management abilities. You'll also hone your critical thinking skills, personal accountability, financial analysis and customer awareness.

You may further focus your studies by choosing from selected Culinary concentrations and all Hospitality concentrations. (Check with your advisor if you have questions about which concentrations are available in your major.)

Electives may be fulfilled through any of the following options:

  • Study Abroad
  • Internship
  • Any hospitality courses with an EHSP attribute
  • A second concentration option

This program includes a unique hands-on rotational internship experience at a JWU-owned facility, or at one of our partner properties.
