Concentrations offer you the opportunity to study subjects of special interest in greater depth. As a culinary arts and food service management major, you can choose from such areas as food and beverage, resort or dining management. When completing a concentration, you may not use required core courses (or their equivalent) from within your chosen major. Additionally, you may not apply the same course to different concentrations.
