Printing

Before you print, make sure that you are logged on to your computer. If you are at a computer already logged on as someone else, your print job will not show up in queue when you swipe your card.

Printing Instructions

1. Submit your job to print from any computer lab, classroom, or Library computer.
2. Visit any print release station and swipe your student ID card.
3. Wait for the screen to display your jobs in the printing queue. 
4. Select your print job (press firmly on the print job name to highlight it). 
5. Select the “PRINT” icon to begin your job. 
6. Select the “EXIT” icon in the upper-left corner of the screen to exit out of the print job queue before moving to another printer.

Pick up your print job at any print station in our computer labs or libraries. Print jobs for four hours from the time you print.

Color Printing
Ask someone at the front desk for a color print. You’ll be charged $0.25 for each sheet of color printing.

PDFs
If you open a PDF document in the public folder, but cannot print it out, do the following:

1. Locate the file in the public folder.
2. Right click on the file name and select "Save Target As". 
3. Select the desktop and then click "Save". 
4. Minimize to the desktop and then double click on the file name.
