About the Cuisinart Center for Culinary Excellence

Master Your Craft in a World-Class Facility
The building is as functional as it is striking. Where you cook is as important as how you cook, and each of the CCCE's 30+ teaching labs, kitchens and dining rooms look and function like those in commercial spaces.

You'll learn to think on your feet in a diverse array of production environments, all outfitted with professional-grade equipment. Specialized labs focus on mixology, wine baking, pastry and chocolate. There’s even a working microbrewery where you can learn the fine art of beer and food pairing.

Learn the Secrets of Proper Dining Service
You'll also receive hands-on experience in the CCCE’s three beautiful dining rooms, where culinary students oversee lunch and dinner service for visitors, faculty members and other students.
