Ever wonder what it takes to survive the real-life trials of culinary school? Find out throughout September, when the Cooking Channel airs “Cooking School Confidential,” a documentary that follows 4 culinary students in the classroom, their personal lives and in their hometowns as they pursue their culinary dreams at JWU’s Charlotte Campus.
