Through the Hotel and Lodging Management bachelor’s degree program, you’ll acquire the depth of knowledge necessary for a successful career in the world of hotels, lodging and hospitality.

Our immersive approach blends classroom education with hands-on learning and related work experience. In addition to industry best practices and foundation skills, you will learn

Core courses include Hospitality Operations Management, Revenue Management, Customer/Guest Service Management, Hospitality Strategic Marketing and Hotel Food and Beverage Operations.

You can further customize your degree by selecting a concentration specific to your area(s) of interest. For Hotel & Lodging Management students the following are recommended: Beverage Service Management, Food and Beverage Management, International Hospitality Operations Management (summer program only) and Meeting and Event Management.

In addition, you may opt for a second concentration, internship or a summer abroad program, which will introduce you to a global hospitality environment.
