Prior to joining Johnson & Wales in Denver in 2000, Robert Lothrop held the position of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage Operations for Primadonna Casino Resorts. He also has been employed in food and beverage management for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Sheraton Hotels, Raynham/Taunton Greyhound Park and the Walt Disney World Company. Lothrop is one of the owners of Fullbar International and has served as their director of research and development.
