Prior to joining the faculty at Johnson & Wales University Cece Krelitz worked in the pastry departments of restaurants and hotels throughout Las Vegas including Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, Le Cirque and Circo at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino, the Four Seasons Hotel, and the M Resort Spa Casino, where she won the 2009 employee of the year representing the food and beverage department.
Krelitz currently holds the American Culinary Federation certification (CWPC) Certified Working Pastry Chef.
