Before joining the faculty at Johnson & Wales University, Raymond Zoller worked as chef tournant at the Tavern on the Green in New York City, as sous chef at Restaurant 210 at the Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia, PA, as general manager at Romano’s Macaroni Grill and operating partner at P.F. Chang’s China Bistro. He has executive level management as a market partner for P.F. Chang’s and director of operations for F S Food Group in Charlotte.
