The Technical Services Department runs the campus' seven computer labs. An active JWU email account is required to access the computers.

As a current student, you're allotted 10mb of data storage on the university’s student file server. Your Z: drive can only be accessed by you. Once you configure Outlook Web Access (OWA), you'll be able to read and send email from your personal mailbox, as well as access address books and public folders, where professors may post syllabi and other important class-related information.

All residence hall rooms are equipped with one phone line and one voice mailbox on the university's telephone system. You or your roommate must provide an analog telephone.
