Brian Van Gyzen joined the Hospitality College faculty in 2011. With over 17 years in restaurant management experience his focus is on Food Service Operations Management courses at the Center for Food & Beverage Management. A lifelong resident of Rhode Island, Van Gyzen is involved with the Literacy Volunteers of Washington County and Christ the King Church in Kingston RI.
