Through 2017: The Centennial Plan, Johnson & Wales University will provide support for faculty to realize their full potential as teacher scholars, and maintain an environment that promotes the highest quality instruction.

To fortify instructional excellence, the university will

• Refine faculty roles and responsibilities to optimally support student achievement and engagement
• Substantially increase support for faculty development and scholarship
• Support the attainment of enhanced credentials
• Enhance instructional technology to promote learning
• Launch a teaching and learning program
