JWU offers a variety of venues to meet your planning needs for meetings, programs and events. Staff and administrators from throughout the university community work collaboratively to accommodate all requests submitted in a timely manner.
JWU Faculty, Staff & Administrators A Facility Request or Classroom Request should be submitted for all campus meetings, programs and events. Requests are not guaranteed until an email confirmation is received by the requestor.
Submit requests at least 2 weeks in advance to enable time for processing and quality program support. Classroom requests will not be confirmed prior to the first two weeks of the respective academic term.

JWU Student Organizations Student organizations in good standing with Student Activities are eligible to reserve space on campus for meetings, programs and events. Training sessions and meetings are offered throughout the year to student leaders to best support them with the program planning process.
Submit all requests at least 2 weeks in advance via the Involvement Network in jwuLink. The Involvement Network icon is in the heading of the home page, but you may also access the resource via the Student Life tab.
